This was a great performance from our senior team in Connolly Park on Saturday night. Played at a real championship pace we matched our illustrious opponents for the entire 60 mins and at the end it took a great save and the crossbar to deny us a well deserved league point. A point that would have a great influence on the final round of the co league. As it is we are depending on a highly unlikely win by  Rahillys over Mitchells in the final round to give us the opportunity to maintain our Div 1 status. Credit is due to our players for a heartwarming performance and gives us confidence facing our championship games against Milltown/Castlemaine and Glenflesk in the coming month.
