Trailing by 3-7 to 0-8 at half time it was very much an up hill battle in the O’Donoghue Cup semi final but we responded to the challenge and drew levels with 4 mintues to go through a Shane McSweeney goal after some great points being kicked in both halves. It was not to be however. Rathmore kicked 2 injury time points and a late Kilcummin goal chance was blocked and it ended Rathmore 3-10 Kilcummin 1-14.
