Our minor team went down by 2-11 to 1-07 in the semi final of the County League Division 1 in Lewis Road this evening. It was most dissappointing that this game was played just 2 days after the first round of the Munster Minor Championship where 7 Kilcummin players were in the Kerry minor panel and preparation was very difficult for Adrian McCarthy and his management team. However every player gave their all this evening and this team can hold their heads up high and now look forward to the first round of the East Kerry Championship in June.
