The Kilcummin/Rathmore minors exited the County Championship in the second round following a 3-10 to 2-07 defeat at the hands of South Kerry on Friday evening in Caherciveen. The draw was certainly unkind to us with two away games in Lispole and Caherciveen against two strong divisional teams within 3 days. Many thanks to the mentors, James Foley & Alan Doolan, for their efforts with this team and to the players themselves who represented both clubs well in the competition.
